The main loft at The Fold is approximately 3,000 square feet, featuring 14-foot ceilings and oversized windows measuring 11’ x 9’. The open floor plan is a blank canvas: teams bring in tables or configure rentals for workshops, off-site meetings, or collaborative workdays. The hardwood floors and neutral backdrop keep the room professional without feeling sterile, and there’s enough square footage to comfortably host 30–60 people depending on the setup. Power access and reliable Wi-Fi make it practical for laptops, presentations, and hybrid meetings.

The Fold features two large private rooms that overlook the river, providing teams with the flexibility to step away from the main loft when quiet space is needed. Each room has enough square footage to stage tables and chairs for 6–10 people comfortably, so they work well for board-style discussions or breakout groups during an off-site.
