A new gallery exhibition is coming to The Fold this spring. “Threads: Shared Perspectives from Iran and the Middle East” presented by the Middle Eastern Arts Collective and curated by Andrea McKenna. Artists interested in participating are invited to submit their work before the open call deadline on March 20th.

Artists are encouraged to submit work for consideration in this juried exhibition. Selected artists will have the opportunity to present their work during the two-day exhibition at The Fold in Paterson.
About the Middle Eastern Arts Collective
The Middle Eastern Arts Collective is a nonprofit arts organization founded in Virginia dedicated to building understanding through culture. The collective works to overcome barriers by supporting and exhibiting artists connected to the Middle East.
About Andrea McKenna
Andrea McKenna is a New Jersey–based interdisciplinary artist and curator whose work has been exhibited throughout the tri-state area for more than three decades. She previously presented her solo exhibition Uprooted at The Fold.
About the Fold
Located at 237 River Street in Paterson, The Fold hosts exhibitions, creative gatherings, and cultural events that bring artists and audiences together. The venue regularly features art shows, performances, and community-focused programming in the historic Great Falls district.
