The Story Behind the Space
Tucked into the historic industrial buildings of River Street, The Fold is a renovated loft space on the third floor of a former textile mill in Paterson, NJ. What once housed machines and manufacturing has been carefully converted into a clean, modern venue with original character still intact—14-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and tall factory windows that flood the room with natural light.
Today, The Fold is used for private events, creative projects, and gatherings of all kinds. With its open layout and minimal design, it’s meant to be shaped by the people using it. No built-in theme, no fixed structure—just a space that’s ready for what you have in mind.
